Workforce Diversification

Times are changing.  Our society is developing extremely quickly organizations have been forced to rapidly change the way they are engaging with their workforce.  But one barrier that stands in the way — lack of diversity.

Because the issue is a complex one, it leaves organizations in a middle ground between wanting to change and develop but not knowing where / how to start.

At FAI, we understand the complexities of diversity and inclusion in our changing world.  That is why we work through a 2 phase process where phase 1 is “strategy development” and phase 2 “implementation”.  This way organizations don’t have to tackle the beast alone.

During the strategy development phase, we help build a process around communication to ensure that it is seamless and culturally sensitive.  We then aid in the implementation process through interpretation, translation, and cultural integration services.

So, instead of organizations having to try and figure out this uncharted path alone and risk being culturally insensitive or simply left behind, they can attract, engage, AND retain the diverse workforce they are after.
